Is Erase The Cake® good for sensitive skin? Acne-prone skin? Oily skin? Dry skin?

Yes! Erase The Cake® is great for ALL skin types because we don't use irritating chemicals - JUST WATER! No rubbing or tugging necessary. Dermatologist approved.

Does it remove waterproof/long-lasting makeup/tanner?

Absolutely! Erase The Cake Face and Body Puffs® removes ALL makeup as well as self-tanner. PRO TIP: for stubborn makeup be sure your Puff® is fully soaked with very WARM water. Warmer the water, wetter the better! Hold your wet, warm Puff® over your eye for 5+ seconds, then begin circular motions for removal.

Can I use cleanser, micellar water or any other products with my ETC®?

You definitely can! If you choose to do so be sure to fully rinse the product out of the Puff® in between each use. You may need to machine wash more frequently to avoid build up.

Is it tested on animals?

Never! We love our furry friends here at Erase The Cake® and are cruelty-free. We absolutely do NOT test on animals.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we are only shipping to United States and Canada. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Our primary carrier is USPS.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Puffs®, cosmetics and skincare products are non-returnable. Please email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, we will determine that it is in unworn condition. Process takes 5-7 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If your item is unused/unworn, yes! Send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
